We source from reliable, reputable, and trustworthy sources, every time! We have started implementing local produce
slowly and hopefully fully soon! All of our meats have no gmo, no hormones or steroids, no antibiotics! All of our sauces are made in house.

We can deliver to your work if that is an option, otherwise let us know and we will make sure to have an ice pack in your
cooler bag at drop off! We never recommend letting your food set outside your door for more than a few hours.

No, we are holding off seafood from our orders. We have only one drop off day as of now and cannot guarantee quality if
you were to have food for 5-7 days. Microwaved salmon cooked 5 days ago, eww!

We want to accommodate all of our clients to the max! If you are having trouble customizing a meal to your liking please
contact us and we will work with you to make a meal that fits your needs.

No worries! As a piece of mind we avoid gluten 99% of the time already, if you have an allergy outside of that you should
